About these terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Studiobot website. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Work we do for clients is covered by a separate proposal or agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement takes priority. Questions? Email hello@studiobot.in.
Using our website
You may browse, read and share our website for your own personal or business use. You agree not to:
- use the site in any unlawful way or for any fraudulent or harmful purpose;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or related systems;
- interfere with the site’s operation, including by introducing viruses or other harmful code;
- scrape, copy or reproduce the site or its content in bulk without our written permission.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the content of this website — including text, graphics, logos, the Studiobot name and robot mascot, illustrations, animations and code — belongs to Studiobot and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Client names, logos, websites and advertisements shown in our Work and Studio pages belong to their respective owners and are shown to present our work. Some images on the site are licensed from stock libraries such as Pexels. Nothing on this site grants you a licence to use any of these without the owner’s permission.
Enquiries and proposals
Sending us a message through the contact form, email, phone or WhatsApp does not create a client relationship or any obligation for either side. A project begins only when we both agree to a written proposal or contract that sets out the scope, timeline, fees and payment terms.
Any timelines, prices or examples mentioned on the website are for general information and are not an offer.
Portfolio and case studies
Our Work page links to live client websites and videos. These are owned and managed by our clients and third parties, and may have changed since we delivered our work. We’re not responsible for their current content, availability or practices.
Third-party links and services
Our website links to and uses third-party websites and services, such as YouTube, WhatsApp and our clients’ websites. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices. Using them is at your own discretion and subject to their own terms.
Accuracy of information
We work to keep the website accurate and up to date, but its content is provided for general information only. We don’t guarantee that it is complete, current or error-free, and we may change it at any time without notice. Articles in our Journal reflect our views and are not professional advice for your specific situation.
Disclaimer
The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranties of any kind about the website, including that it will be uninterrupted, secure or free of errors or viruses.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Studiobot will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss — including loss of profit, data or business — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Privacy
How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to the website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India where Studiobot is registered.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated Terms. For any questions, contact us at hello@studiobot.in or +91 77360 38936.
